Housing Gaps in Bellevue

To achieve the King County goals for affordable homes in 2030, Bellevue needs:

  • 7,032 homes affordable to households with incomes between 0-30% of Area Median Income (AMI)
  • 6,647 homes affordable to households with incomes between 30-50% of AMI
  • 1,138 homes affordable to households with incomes between 50-80% of AMI
