Board of Directors
HDC's Board of Directors has 18 positions, including eleven nonprofit or government members and seven associate members. Directors and officers are elected by the HDC's nonprofit members. The board oversees HDC's operations and deals with issues between general monthly meetings of the full membership. The nonprofit voting members retain the ability to adopt the annual dues and approve positions on policy issues.
