HDC 2010 Leadership Development Program
Thanks to great feedback from the "Class of 2008", this program year brings some exciting curriculum changes and a few tweaks in the program schedule.
This program is designed for staff of HDC member organizations who demonstrate commitment to the field, leadership potential, and who will benefit from gaining further insight into what it means to be a leader. In addition to a structured learning environment, opportunities will be provided for self-exploration, for building relationships with others and for growing your network with experienced leaders in our industry.
The program is intended to serve as an introduction to the array of complex skills and knowledge necessary to successfully lead in the affordable housing field. The topics will be covered by current leaders and experts in the industry. This program is not meant to be exhaustive or to duplicate other in-depth training programs already existing.
