Forming a unique collaboration working together to fill a niche…affordably.
Housing Development Consortium members fall into one of three categories: voting organizations including nonprofit housing developers and public development authorities, associate members which represent the private sector and government agencies.
HDC members include the most experienced nonprofit housing developers in the state. Along with the Seattle and King County housing authorities, HDC's associate members represent banks and lenders, general contractors, architects, attorneys, consultants and others interested in nonprofit housing development. All work innovatively in partnership with HDC's nonprofit housing developers to maximize development of affordable housing in the region.
