HDC provides multiple ways for its members to connect with their peers and work collaboratively on issues affecting the development, preservation, management and financing of affordable housing.

HDC’s member services are focused on a range of opportunities; creating efficiencies in design and production, sharing and refining best practices in sound property management, influencing public policy on the allocation of affordable housing resources and fostering cooperative efforts among and between affordable homeownership providers.

HDC’s member services are available to the entire staff of its member organizations and businesses from Executive Directors to Property Managers and from Principals to Interns.
