King County Local Housing Data

HDC is pleased to present our new visualization of local King County Housing Data. Click on a city in the below map to find facts about that cities’ housing market, or scroll below to compare cost burden, median home value and median rent for the County’s 39 cities. Where school district and One Night Count data matches city boundaries, that data is included. All other One Night Count and homeless student data is shown at the bottom of the page.

If you’d like to suggest another data point to add or have any questions about the data, please contact Sara at sara@housingconsortium.org.

For best viewing, click the full screen icon in the bottom right corner of each graphic.
