Leading local practitioners and UW faculty will provide 90 hours of classroom instruction designed to familiarize participants with the history, purpose and breadth of community development; to build skills in community organizing, neighborhood assessment, and organizational development; and to share effective tools for neighborhood revitalization, poverty reduction, and real estate development.
