DAHN 2025 Learn at Lunch Series: Recordings, Presentations and Resources

HDC launched our Decarbonize Affordable Housing Now (DAHN) Program to assist our members with transforming our community’s affordable housing through decarbonization. In 2025 we hosted a series of virtual meetings to share expertise from those leading the decarbonization journey with regulatory, resource, technology, and logistical expertise; and importantly, to engage and learn from you—to better understand what you need. This year’s series included eight sessions that can be accessed below by date and topic.

WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU! Asset managers, property managers, funders, construction and retrofit professionals of affordable housing will be responsible for timely decisions to achieve the desired and required outcomes. Please join us to have your voices heard so that we develop effective tools and resources to create meaningful assistance.
