2015-2017 Strategic Plan

In 2014, in order to move the vision that, “all people will live with dignity in safe, healthy and affordable homes within communities of opportunity” closer to reality, HDC’s Board of Directors and staff spent considerable time and energy working on a new strategic plan that was relevant to and impactful for our members, the people they collectively house, and the thousands more in need of affordable housing throughout our county.  This plan was created through a process of data gathering, analysis, discussion, feedback, and decision-making that involved our members and many key stakeholders and resulted in a plan that was ambitious in nature and grounded in realism.
