  ARCH member cities allocate a percentage of their budget to the Eastside Housing Trust Fund which ARCH allocates as funder for affordable housing developments on the Eastside.
  What HDC is Doing: working with a taskforce to mobilize advocates to speak at city council meetings, sent out an action alert for members to send messages to their elected officials to tell them to increase their contributions to the EHTF.
