To meet the county-wide proportional need for affordable homes in 2030, Issaquah needs:

  • 1,899 homes affordable to households with incomes between 0-30% of Area Median Income (AMI)
  • 1,874 homes affordable to households with incomes between 30-50% of AMI
  • 1,091 homes affordable to households with incomes between 50-80% of AMI
