To meet the county-wide proportional need for affordable homes in 2030, Redmond needs:
- 3,461 homes affordable to households with incomes between 0-30% of Area Median Income (AMI)
- 2,831 homes affordable to households with incomes between 30-50% of AMI
- 1,178 homes affordable to households with incomes between 50-80% of AMI
