Please note that HDC does not build or manage affordable housing. If you are seeking housing, please contact 2-1-1 or get in touch with one of our member organizations that does provide housing (see “Nonprofit Housing Developers and Providers” or “Public Housing Authorities”).

New to the affordable housing community? Brush up on some common industry terms and acronyms. Looking for data to supplement your grant proposal? Check out our infographics on the need for more affordable housing in King County, or browse our extensive list of data resources. Interested in finding a job with one of our member organizations? Look through our job listings, which are updated regularly.

Here you will find resources for advocates, elected officials, industry insiders, and anyone else interested in affordable housing.
