Action Items for SeaTac Advocates:

Vote YES for the Vets, Seniors, and Human Services Levy this November

The King County Veterans and Human Services Levy (VHSL) has for over a decade funded critical  housing and health services for our neighbors who need them most. This year, the expanded levy includes support for a growing population- older adults.

Housing Gaps in SeaTac

To meet the county-wide proportional need for affordable homes in 2030, SeaTac needs:

  • 1,558 homes affordable to households with incomes between 0-30% of Area Median Income (AMI)

73% of SeaTac households have a risk of lead exposure

901 SeaTac households are over-crowded
